🧠 Identify risks & ensure safety compliance
📞 Coordinate with clients, teams & stakeholders
🧪 Monitor quality, conduct inspections
📑 Maintain records & progress reports
🏁 Oversee project closure & handover

✅ Requirements:

Proven experience in construction project management
Strong leadership, planning & communication skills
Ability to read plans, manage timelines & budgets
Knowledge of safety regulations & building codes
